Crispy Adobo Flakes

Every Filipino household probably has its own signature Adobo recipe. But if you're in the mood for some crispy Adobo Flakes, we have the easiest recipe for you!

1 500 g pack The Good Choices Adobo, thawed
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
Fried garlic (optional)

1. In a bowl, mince the adobo meat using the tines of a fork. You may also use your hands.
2. Preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat and cook the minced adobo until all the sauce evaporates.
3. Add the oil and vinegar and cook, stirring frequently, until crispy. Top cooked adobo flakes with fried garlic (optional) and serve with chopped tomatoes, mangoes, and fried egg.
